Antonia Fleming

Antonia Fleming (Rizk) is a Regulatory Affairs Leader with extensive experience in global regulatory strategy and compliance across medicinal products, medical devices, and cosmetics. They held senior roles at Reckitt Benckiser and RB, where they provided regulatory leadership for new product development, post-approval maintenance, and integration during mergers and acquisitions. Antonia completed a Master's degree in Regulatory Affairs with distinction from TOPRA/University of Wales and earned a 1st Class MChem in Chemistry from the University of Leeds. Currently, they serve as the Regulatory Operations Director for Medicines & Medical Devices at Reckitt.
