Avijit Das

Avijit Das has extensive experience in research and development, particularly in product delivery and innovation across multiple regions including Greater China, North Asia, and ASEAN. Currently serving as R&D Director at Reckitt, Avijit oversees new product delivery, R&D leadership, and business development initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Global Innovation and Site Director in Gurgaon for Reckitt, and Director R&D Operations for South Asia Hygiene, driving significant revenue growth and optimizing resources. With a foundation in product development gained at GSK and Hindustan Unilever, Avijit holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Calcutta and a Post Graduate degree in Packaging Technology and Management from the Indian Institute of Packaging, achieving distinction and merit scholarships.
