Callum Finlay

Callum Finlay is an experienced Research and Development leader currently serving as Vice President of R&D for Pain, Digestive Health, and Sore Throat at Reckitt. With a background that includes roles such as R&D Category Director and Head of R&D Operations in multiple regions, Callum has developed extensive multi-cultural leadership experience through assignments in Asia and the UK across various product categories. Previously, Callum worked at Procter & Gamble as an R&D Process Development Engineer and held supply roles at Molson Coors. Callum earned a 1st Class MEng in Chemical and Process Engineering from Newcastle University.
