Camille Kaufmann is currently the Head of Quality for LATAM at RB, overseeing quality management across four plants in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, and Colombia. Previously, they held roles including Innovations, Packaging Development & Continuous Improvement LATAM Manager and Latam Packaging Regional Manager at Reckitt Benckiser, where they managed teams focused on packaging development and innovation projects. Camille also served as Packaging, Cooling & Draft Equipment Development Manager at AmBev, contributing to numerous new product launches and cost reduction projects. They began their career as a Packaging Development Engineer at Sadia, receiving recognition for innovative packaging solutions. Camille holds a postgraduate degree in Packaging Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Maua.
