Carrie Adams

Carrie Adams is a seasoned professional in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Global Head of Inclusion at Reckitt since January 2021. Prior to this role, Carrie held the position of Diversity and Inclusion Leader at DLA Piper from January 2019 to January 2021 and was the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at EY from January 2014 to January 2019. Carrie also gained valuable experience as the Organisational Development & Employee Engagement Lead at News UK between January 2010 and January 2014, and worked as the Corporate Responsibility Manager at Ernst & Young from January 2007 to January 2010. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Sociology from the University of Birmingham.
