Caterina Como is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs and safety with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Head of Regulatory Affairs & Safety for Southern Europe at Reckitt, Caterina has also held the position of Head of Regulatory Affairs for Italy, Greece, and Israel. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Res Pharma Innovative Ingredients included roles as Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Director, Regulatory Affairs and QC Manager, and Regulatory Affairs Specialist. Academic credentials include a Doctorate in Biopharmaceutics-Pharmacokinetics from Università degli Studi Parma and a tenure as a visiting Ph.D. student at Northeastern University focused on cancer therapy, drug delivery, and cell biology. Previous experience includes a postdoctoral research fellowship at the University of Geneva and a consulting role at Tefarco Innova, specifically involving regulatory affairs for AIFA, the Italian Medicines Agency.
