Celeste Clark

Celeste Clark, PhD, is the Principal of Abraham Clark Consulting, LLC, recognized internationally for expertise in global nutrition, public affairs, and regulatory science. They recently retired from Kellogg Company, where they held the position of Senior Vice President, Global Public Policy and External Affairs, and Chief Sustainability Officer. Celeste served as President of Kellogg Company's Corporate Citizenship Fund and has extensive board experience with organizations like the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and Diamond Foods, Inc. They are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nutrition at Iowa State University, having previously earned a Ph.D. in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Michigan State University.
