Celia Faisca has over 15 years of experience in finance, specializing in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Currently serving as Sr. Manager - FP&A at Reckitt since June 2008, Celia drives the execution of global planning tool launches and presents financial results to the CCO organization, offering insights on key customer financial drivers. Previous roles at Reckitt include Finance Manager FP&A, where oversight of financial results for the Health Division was key, and Category Finance Manager for Upper Respiratory, where partnership with marketing and sales facilitated achievement of financial targets.
