Charles German is an experienced professional with a strong background in chemical engineering and validation management. Currently serving as a Validation Manager at Reckitt since May 2022, Charles oversees team validations, site validations, and packaging validations. Previously, as Interim EMO NA Technical Manager, Charles managed technical projects for external manufacturers in North America and collaborated with cross-functional teams on new product developments while overseeing budget and site transfer projects. A former Process Engineer at RB/Schiff Nutrition International from November 2012 to May 2022, Charles directed process validations and supported manufacturing processes for bulk tablets and softgels. Earlier roles included QC Chemist at Myriad Genetics, Lab Technician at the University of Utah, and Service Engineer at Full Spectrum Analytics, combining technical expertise with hands-on laboratory experience. Charles holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah.
