Charlotte Hey has extensive experience in brand marketing, particularly in the health and sustainability sectors. Since May 2001, Charlotte has held various roles at RB, culminating in the position of Sustainable Brands Director - Health. Prior roles include Global Brand Marketing Manager in multiple capacities, focusing on sustainability, healthcare breakthrough innovation, and equity, as well as UK Marketing Manager for healthcare and personal care. Prior to joining RB, Charlotte worked as an R&D Formulation Technician at Alberto Culver. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from Imperial College London, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
