Chris Little

Chris Little has over a decade of experience at Reckitt, starting in December 2011 as Reward Director, Executive Compensation, Mobility and Benefits, and advancing to roles such as Global Head of Total Reward and Global Mobility and Benefits Director. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of mobility and employee benefits, with a specific focus on pensions, healthcare, and group risk benefits globally. Prior to Reckitt, Chris Little worked as a Consultant at Towers Watson from June 2008 to December 2011, serving as a national project manager in the Technology and Administration Solutions practice. Chris Little holds a Bachelor's Degree in Maths from the University of York, earned between 1997 and 2000.
