Dan Snell

Dan Snell has over three decades of experience in maintenance management, currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Reckitt since June 2000. In this role, Dan oversees the daily operations of the Maintenance Department, focusing on employee relations, performance evaluations, and ensuring equipment reliability with a preventive maintenance strategy that maintains availability above 95%. Previous positions include Maintenance Team Lead, where Dan directed packaging personnel to enhance equipment efficiency, and Training Coordinator, where a training program for aspiring Manufacturing Technicians was developed. Prior to Reckitt, Dan served as a Maintenance Mechanic at Can Corporation Of America, Inc. and as a Line Technician at Seneca Foods Corporation. Dan holds a High School Diploma from NRW High School, specializing in Mathematics and English.
