Dariya Sidneva

Dariya Sidneva is currently the Head of eCommerce at Reckitt Benckiser, a role they have held since 2019. Prior to this position, Dariya worked in various leadership roles, including Head of Divisional Sales and Regional Sales Director, gaining extensive experience in sales and management across several companies. Dariya began their career in the haircare industry as Head of Department at Europrestige and has a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Ural Academy of Public Administration. Passionate about people and continuous learning, Dariya believes strongly that a successful team leads to effective management.
