Desiree Smith

Desiree Smith (Vermaak) is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Global Brand Director for Nurofen at Reckitt. Desiree’s extensive experience includes previous roles as a Senior Brand Manager overseeing various OTC products and Personal Care brands at RB. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Call Centre Agent at The Listening Company and held a Customer Relations Officer position at Makro. Desiree holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Marketing from the University of Johannesburg, completed between 2010 and 2011.
