Dominique McAll

Dominique McAll currently serves as the Global Executive Recruitment Lead at Reckitt since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Search Lead at Anglo American, where substantial recruitment for executive-level roles across various sectors occurred from June 2021 to July 2025. Dominique worked as a Partner - Search at Eton Bridge Partners Ltd from December 2018 to September 2020, specializing in end-to-end recruitment projects and market mapping. Notable achievements include introducing FTSE 100 clients at Norman Broadbent Plc as Director of the HR Practice and managing a successful client business breakfast. As Managing Director of Napier McAll Ltd from March 2010 to May 2017, recruitment services were provided across multiple global sectors. Earlier positions include Head of Practice at JBS Associates and over a decade in operational management at Senior Finance Search. Dominique holds a Master's degree with Honors in History from The University of Edinburgh.
