Dora Alva

Dora Alva has a diverse professional background, with experience in customer service, training, and organizational development. At FedEx, Dora contributed to international account management and sales strategy development from July 1997 to December 1999. Following a role as an Administrative Assistant at AUDI AG in 2005, Dora served as an Administrator of Learning and Development at Provident México from March 2011 to July 2013, focusing on training objectives and budget analysis. From April 2016 to January 2017, Dora worked as a Consultant in Training and Organizational Development at AO Consulting Group, addressing training needs and certification processes.
