Erwin Tumbaga is a seasoned Senior Information Technology Leader with over 15 years of experience in managing technical teams and application portfolios, particularly in retailing, payments, and fuels automation systems. They served as the Retail Platforms Competence Centre Manager at Royal Dutch Shell from 2012 to 2019, overseeing an IT portfolio that enabled operations across 5,000 retail sites in nine countries. Following this role, Erwin held the position of Head of Information Technology at RB from 2019 to 2024, focusing on innovative solutions in Sales Automation and Digital/eCommerce. Currently, Erwin is the Head of IT & Digital for Nutrition ASEAN and Sales Tech at Reckitt.
