Farah Bakkar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and medical sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Quality Compliance Manager at Reckitt since May 2020, Farah has progressed through various roles including EMO Quality Manager and EMO Quality Coordinator. Prior to Reckitt, Farah held the position of Validation Supervisor at Joswe Medical, leading internal audits and risk assessments, and also contributed as a Senior Validation Engineer and Validation Engineer, developing Master Validation Plans and preparing validation protocols. Farah’s career began with a trainee position at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, gaining knowledge in pharmaceutical operations and GMP guidelines. Farah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Jordan, completed in 2014, and has also volunteered with Ruwwad, focusing on community development and youth engagement.
