Gemma Gittins

Gemma Gittins is currently the Global Talent & Organisation Effectiveness Director at Reckitt, a position held since 2022. Previously, Gittins served as Talent & Learning Director for Europe and Global Supply at Reckitt, along with various HR director roles in Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam. Before joining Reckitt, Gittins worked for Vodafone as a Senior HR Business Partner and held multiple positions related to organisation development and effectiveness. Gittins earned a Business Studies degree from The Open University and a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from MOL Learn.
