Giulia Bevilacqua

Giulia Bevilacqua is a seasoned Talent Manager and Change Manager with extensive experience at Reckitt, managing HR functions across Italy, Greece, and Israel since February 2013. In various roles, including HR Business Partner for Sales & Marketing and Support Functions, Giulia has focused on organizational development, strategic alignment of people plans, and union relations. Earlier experience includes roles as a Junior HR Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, talent development, and succession planning, along with championing the partnership with Save the Children. Giulia began her career as an HR Intern, supporting recruiting and training initiatives. Academically, Giulia holds a Master of Science in Management from Università Bocconi and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, with additional experience from the National University of Singapore and a research internship at CROMA, Università Bocconi.
