Grace Li

Grace Li is a highly accomplished regulatory affairs professional with extensive experience in the beauty and personal care sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Safety Assurance for Europe and the ANZ region at Reckitt since August 2017, Grace Li has held several strategic leadership roles, including Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs for eRB and Director of Global Regulatory Policy. Prior to Reckitt, Grace Li worked at Coty as Director of Regulatory Affairs, where leadership involved managing a Global Regulatory team during the significant P&G-Coty merger, and previously held multiple roles at Procter & Gamble, culminating as Section Head of Regulatory Affairs. Grace Li's academic background includes a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Oxford and an MSci. in Virology from Princeton University.
