Hitesh Mathur is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and strategy development. Currently serving as a Category Manager at Reckitt since July 2023, Hitesh previously held several key positions at Unilever from January 2019 to June 2023, including Global Lead for Shopper Marketing, ECOM and Portfolio Strategy for Wall’s, Marketing Manager for Magnum and Cornetto, and Sr Brand Manager for Axe Deodorants and Men’s Grooming. Hitesh played a significant role in repositioning Axe for Gen-Z in India, focusing on long-term growth strategies and product communication development. Hitesh's career began with a summer internship at Hindustan Unilever Ltd, where a digital strategy for Rexona deodorants in Asia was developed. Hitesh holds a PGDM in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.E. (Hons.) in Civil Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
