Izabela Podhorodecka is an experienced supply chain and demand planner with a strong background in production and inventory management across various roles in reputable companies. Beginning as a Supply Chain Planner at Procter & Gamble, Izabela honed skills in production planning before advancing to multiple positions at RB, including Demand Planner and Supply Planner, where responsibilities included sales forecasting and managing high-complexity portfolios. Currently serving as Demand Planning Manager at Reckitt, Izabela leads the demand and supply planning for a substantial business in the personal care sector across Hungary, the Adriatics, and the West Balkans. Izabela holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology, complemented by an Erasmus+ experience in Business Administration at Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
