James Spence is a Category R&D Manager at Reckitt, currently leading the development of the Air Wick Essential Mist portfolio. They began their career at Reckitt Benckiser in 2009 as a summer intern and later took on various roles including R&D Assistant and Year In Industry Student. From 2016 to 2018, James served as an R&D Associate, where they led the technical project for the launch of Air Wick V.I.Poo. They completed their MChem in Chemistry with Industrial Training at the University of Warwick in 2012.
