Jennifer Berner is an accomplished legal professional specializing in brand protection and intellectual property. Currently serving as Head of Brand Protection for Essential Home at Reckitt since January 2020, Jennifer oversees trade mark clearance searches, manages litigation to enforce brand rights, and advises on legal strategies. Prior experience includes a role as Senior IP Counsel at SABMiller International B.V., where responsibilities encompassed trademark management and compliance, as well as negotiating agreements.
