Jennifer Warr

Jennifer Warr currently serves as the HR Director for Reckitt's Hygiene and Health division in Australia and New Zealand, where key responsibilities include leading a global HR transformation and implementing HR and payroll shared services in India. Previous experience includes the role of General Manager People and Culture at MTC Australia, where Jennifer developed a three-year strategy and led the organization through the COVID-19 pandemic. At GenesisCare, Jennifer held the position of Global Head of HR, implementing a global HR strategy and leading a large HR team across multiple countries. Early career roles include Head of HR ANZ at Alphapharm, focusing on aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
