Jérôme Charlez is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in e-commerce, digital operations, and omnichannel transformation. Currently serving as the SVP of e-commerce at Reckitt since October 2021, Jérôme Charlez directs the development and optimization of e-commerce operations while adapting various marketplace models. Previously, Jérôme Charlez held the position of Global Head of E-commerce at L'Oréal from August 2016 to October 2021, overseeing corporate strategy for D2C activities and leading initiatives in supply chain transformation. Additionally, Jérôme Charlez has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of Khearos and Bluetens, which focused on medical connected devices. With a background in strategic consulting at a-connect and significant roles at Geopost and Accenture, Jérôme Charlez possesses a strong foundation in business and technology, further supported by multiple advanced degrees, including an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, NYU Stern, and LSE.
