Jim Mikula

Jim Mikula is a seasoned supply chain and merchandise planning professional with extensive experience across multiple retail organizations. Currently serving as the Customer Supply Chain Team Lead at Reckitt, Jim leads a team focused on optimizing customer service for purchase orders. Previously, Jim worked at Christmas Tree Shops as an Allocation Manager and Ecommerce Planning Manager, where a shift to a central allocation model resulted in significant savings. At dELiA*s, Jim held the role of Senior Director of Merchandise Planning, successfully enhancing the profitability of the Ecommerce channel. Jim's career includes pivotal positions at J.Crew, where strategic changes led to a doubling of the Men's Ecommerce business, and Brooks Brothers, where effective planning drove sales and margin targets. Jim’s career began at Lord and Taylor as an Assistant Buyer and Department Manager. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Dickinson College.
