Johnny Teng

Johnny Teng is a results-driven Supply Chain and Engineering Leader currently serving as the Manufacturing Director for Reckitt in Greater China. With a rich background in transforming manufacturing for multinational FMCG companies, Johnny specializes in operational turnarounds, supply chain reinvention, and project execution across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals and sanitation. Previous roles include Engineering Project Manager at Mars and H.J. Heinz Company, where they led significant improvements and project completions ahead of schedule. They have been recognized for exceptional achievements, including earning the Global Best Factory of the Year award in 2021. Johnny holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Jiangnan University.
