Joo Junho is a packaging innovation manager with extensive experience in new packaging development, purchasing, team building, and process development within the consumer product and cosmetics industries. They served as a Regional Packaging Manager for East Asia at Reckitt Benckiser from 2007 to 2010, where they developed key performance indicators and training for packaging managers. They held various roles at Reckitt Benckiser, including Principal Packaging Engineer, and contributed to enhancing packaging development processes. Currently, they lead R&D packaging projects focused on new product development and sustainability at RB. Joo Junho holds a Master of Science in Packaging Science from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from The University of Suwon.
