Joseph Arwas

Joseph Arwas is a Global Supply Category VP with 26 years of experience in Supply Chain across Europe and Asia. They have been a member of RB's senior management team since 2014 and have held various leadership roles, including Regional Supply Chain Director for both Asean and Greater China. Throughout their career, Joseph implemented numerous operational improvements, such as a logistics transformation strategy in Asia and the integration of supply chain processes following the acquisition of Mead Johnson Nutrition. They previously served in positions at Fruit of the Loom Europe and RB, contributing to significant cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
