Julia Kasprzycka

Julia Kasprzycka is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources and administration, currently serving as a Junior HR Business Partner at Reckitt since May 2025. Julia previously held various roles at Philips, including HR Intern, Junior Administration & Payroll Specialist, HR Trainee, and Administration & Payroll Specialist. Earlier experience includes an internship in the accounts payables department at BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego, where responsibilities involved invoice verification, posting, supplier database management, and supplier communication. Julia also served as an Assistant to the Global Business Director, managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, and employee approvals. Julia holds a Magister (Mgr) degree in Law from Uniwersytet Łódzki, earned between 2017 and 2022.
