Kamrul Rashed

Kamrul Rashed possesses extensive experience in the fields of product development, quality assurance, and technical productivity within the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as the Cluster Technical Productivity and NPD EPD Lead at Reckitt since September 2012, Kamrul effectively manages new product introduction and packaging functions. Prior roles include leading NPD-EPD projects and overseeing supply excellence initiatives that drive continuous improvement and cost savings. With a solid background in quality assurance, Kamrul has ensured compliance with regulatory standards and provided quality support across production departments. Previously, Kamrul held various positions at ACI Limited and Reckitt Benckiser, focusing on product development and quality assurance. Academic qualifications include an M.Sc. in Inorganic Chemistry and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology.
