Katie Sepsey

Katie Sepsey is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as Manager of Learning and Development at Mead Johnson Nutrition since May 2011. In this role, Katie oversees all learning technology operations, including system implementation and vendor management, while acting as the global process owner for the Mead Johnson Learning Management System (LMS). Prior to this, Katie worked as a Global Learning Management System Architect at Aon Corporation from July 2006 to May 2011, where responsibilities included aligning LMS operations with business goals and managing project progress reports. Earlier experience includes a position as a Consultant at Walgreens, focusing on training solutions and multimedia interventions, and as an Instructional Designer at Centrax Corporation, where design of learning system components was a key task. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Professional Writing from Northern Illinois University.
