Kaushik Roy is a finance leader with over 25 years of diverse experience across global markets. Currently, they serve as the Regional Finance Controller for Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia at Reckitt, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Global Category Finance Director at Reckitt and held significant leadership roles at PepsiCo, where they managed various aspects of finance across multiple geographical regions. Kaushik's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the International Management Institute and a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
