Kay Smart

Kay Smart is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Reckitt since September 2008, Kay has transformed recruitment strategies and led executive hiring on a global scale. Previous roles at Reckitt include Regional HR Director for the UK & Ireland and Talent Director for Emerging Markets, focusing on engagement, HR strategy, and international career development. Early career roles at Dyson and the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement provided foundational HR experience. Kay holds a BSc in Psychology from Durham University and a PgDip in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University.
