Laura Snell

Laura Snell has extensive experience in quality assurance and production management, beginning at Seneca Foods Corporation from 1985 to 1988, where responsibilities included testing raw materials and finished goods for quality compliance. At RB, from January 2007 to January 2015, Laura held several key positions, including Production Manager, Quality Engineer, Quality Operations Manager, Group Leader, and Quality Systems Analyst. Laura's focus was on ensuring production operations adhered to quality standards and safety protocols while implementing various quality processes, including Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Educational credentials include degrees in Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma Green Belt, Business Management with a focus on Project Management, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
