Leo Hong has extensive experience in information systems and network administration, starting as a Beijing LAN Administrator at Xian-Janssen Pharmaceutical Ltd. from July 1996 to May 1999. Following this role, Leo worked at Reckitt Benckiser, initially as a China Network Administrator from May 1999 to June 2002, overseeing the network for the headquarter office and two factories.
