Lindy Walker

Lindy Walker is an experienced senior Human Resource leader currently serving as the Reward Director at Reckitt. Previously, Lindy was the HR Executive: Reward at RCL FOODS, where they led the Compensation and Benefits function and partnered with the business to implement effective reward strategies. Lindy has also held various HR roles across notable companies such as InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Old Mutual South Africa, and Unilever, focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and strategic human resources. Lindy earned their degree from Durban University of Technology between 1989 and 1991.
