Magda Nikadon

Magda Nikadon is an experienced professional in human resources and people analytics, currently serving as the Global People Analytics Reporting and Insights Manager at Reckitt since January 2025. Prior to this role, Magda held various positions at Haleon from July 2022 to December 2024, including Senior HR Reporting Analyst Global and HR Data Management Team Lead EMEA. Magda's experience also includes a tenure at GSK as HR Data Management Team Lead EMEA and several roles at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions, culminating as HR Analytics Manager. Magda holds a CIPD level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management and has completed a Nanodegree in Data Analysis through the Bertelsmann Technology Scholarships program. Additionally, Magda possesses a Master’s Degree in Law and a postgraduate qualification in European Studies, both from Nicolaus Copernicus University.
