Currently serving as the Global Manager HR Change and Communication at Reckitt, Magdalena previously held roles at Accenture, BAT, and PLAY, where they developed and executed strategic communication initiatives and internal campaigns that significantly enhanced employee engagement and brand visibility. With a PhD in Mass Communication/Media Studies and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, they combine academic rigor with practical expertise to create impactful communication strategies.
