Mandar Dehadrai

Mandar Dehadrai is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in IT service management and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Platform Manager for ServiceNow at Reckitt since July 2019, Mandar leads a core team responsible for designing and delivering the ServiceNow platform strategy. Previous roles at Reckitt include Senior Product Manager for IT&D and IT Manager for Service Automation, where Mandar developed automation strategies using advanced tools. Prior to Reckitt, Mandar worked at Accenture Technology Solutions as an Associate Manager, overseeing transition management, and began a career as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies. Mandar holds a Master's degree in Management from IIT Bombay and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Technology from Nagpur University.
