Manraj Bahra

Manraj Bahra is an accomplished executive search professional with extensive experience in senior appointments across the retail, consumer, and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Global Executive Search Lead at Reckitt since July 2023, Manraj previously held roles at Korn Ferry and The MBS Group, specializing in executive search and talent acquisition. Notably, Manraj has consulted for clients across multiple geographies including the UK, Australia, and Germany, and has led comprehensive executive search projects with a focus on client management and talent advisory. Manraj’s earlier experience includes researching for Green Park Interim & Executive Search, where contributions were made towards diversity studies in employment. Manraj holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of York and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London.
