Marcin Żuk

Marcin Żuk is currently the Site Quality Manager at Reckitt, where they focus on building and leading the QA team while ensuring compliance with corporate QMS and ISO standards. They previously held various roles at Reckitt Benckiser, including External Manufacturing Quality Manager for Europe and Australia/New Zealand, where they managed quality processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Marcin started their career as a Junior Packaging Engineer and has extensive experience in quality assurance and quality management systems. They earned an M.Sc. in Technology of Chemistry from Warsaw University of Technology and completed postgraduate studies in Quality Management at Warsaw School of Economics.
