Marcy Ruiz

Marcy Ruiz, RD, LDN, MBA, has extensive experience in nutrition and dietetics, beginning with a role as a Circuit Trainer at Curves For Women from September 2015 to September 2016. Following this, Marcy served as a Clinical Dietitian at Vidant Medical Center from November 2016 to April 2018 and then transitioned to ECU Pediatric Specialty Care as a Pediatric Dietitian from April 2018 to April 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Head Nutritionist at Wellspring Camps, where responsibilities included organizing nutrition classes for youth and supervising instructors. Marcy also completed a Dietetic Internship at OSF HealthCare, gaining hands-on clinical experience. Currently, Marcy holds the position of Senior Territory Business Manager at Mead Johnson Nutrition, with a career trajectory that reflects strong expertise in both clinical and business aspects of nutrition.
