Marjorie Refuerzo

Marjorie Refuerzo is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within multinational companies. Marjorie began as an HR Assistant at SM Cinema from 2004 to 2005, later advancing to positions such as Human Resources Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. (2013-2015) and NutriAsia (2015-2016), where focus was on compensation and benefits. At Reckitt, Marjorie's roles included HR Director for the Malaysia & Singapore Cluster and Regional Talent & Learning Manager for ASEAN, Greater China & North Asia, as well as Regional Head of Supply HR. Additionally, Marjorie served as HR Business Partner, Commercial, and HR Manager at Schneider Electric.
