Marsha Cumberbatch

Marsha Cumberbatch has a robust background in reward management, having held senior roles at major companies, including Prudential plc as Senior Manager of Group Reward from 2018 to 2020 and Reckitt as Reward Director for Europe & Emerging Markets in 2025. They served as Group Reward Consultant at RSA Insurance Group from 2008 to 2011, and as Senior Executive Reward Manager at Direct Line Group from 2015 to 2018. Marsha's earlier experience includes working as a Consultant at Ernst & Young from 2005 to 2008. They earned a Master’s degree with distinction from The London School of Economics and Political Science and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree from Williams College.
