Mateusz Brózda is an HR Data Insights Analyst in People Analytics at Haleon, where they focus on leveraging HR analytics to enhance business outcomes. Previously, Mateusz held various analytical roles, including Global Data Expert at Mars and Reporting and Market Analysis Specialist at EDF. They also completed internships at the Central Statistical Office of Poland and Allianz Group, contributing to diverse projects and reports. Mateusz obtained a Master’s degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, following a Bachelor's degree from the same institution and a postgraduate degree in Surveying Engineering.
