Mathew Thomas

Mathew Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR transformation and project management. Currently serving as the Global HR Portfolio & People Analytics Director at Reckitt since January 2019, Mathew oversees an £80 million multi-year HR Transformation portfolio and shapes the future of work strategy. Prior roles include Head IT PMO at Arcadia Group Ltd, Portfolio Manager at HSBC, and PMO Manager at BP, where responsibility included managing a $90 million Upstream SAP portfolio. Mathew's career began at Accenture as a Manager specializing in PMO setup and project planning for major corporations, further complemented by roles at Apollo Health Street and Nipuna Services Limited, where early project management and workforce optimization skills were developed. Mathew holds an MBA in Information Technology and Marketing from the University of Hyderabad.
