Mathieu Mingioni

Mathieu Mingioni is an accomplished R&D Senior Associate and Data Scientist at Reckitt since April 2019, previously serving as an R&D Associate in Sensory & Consumer. Prior experience includes a role as a Sensory & Consumer Scientist at McCormick & Company from July 2017 to April 2019. Mathieu Mingioni holds a Ph.D. focusing on the sensory study of enriched fruits and vegetables in the context of elderly diets, completed through both Groupe ESA and Optifel between September 2013 and November 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Food Science, sensory sciences, and eating behaviors from Université Bourgogne Europe, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Geology from the University of Burgundy.
